Mission Statement

The Zion Baptist Church is a congregation of believers biblically based and centered on Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. It is a spiritual fellowship, which focuses on evangelism and Christian nurture as priorities. The Church sees itself as family, which provides learning experiences and resources for holistic growth to individuals and family units of the Church.

The Zion Baptist Church reaches out with Christian concern to its immediate and broader communities to improve the quality of living as a witness to the love of God. Furthermore, the Zion Church seeks to provide an advocacy and action ministry about issues, utilizing Christian principles, which will give liberation to all people, especially the oppressed.
